Sometimes appliances just die. 10 years really is a good run...
Sometimes you just can not live without certain appliances, becuase you have gotten so very used to the time saving conveniance that it gives.
Sometimes you just have to look at eachother say "Merry Christmas" and shell out the unplanned for money...
