I am part of a wonderful group of people from our church called "The Blessings team", Tomorrow is our first of monthly birthday parties for kids in a local homeless shelter. Today I made this cake for the party.
It was my first try at fondant. Could it have been smoother? More perfected? Turned out better? Most definitely! Did I have fun? Feel a measure of satisfaction and will likely do it again? You bet!
